3 layers even! Chocolate cake with orange chocolate ganache with a few pretty yellow roses.
Well I had just finished with my ganache and was moving it to a smaller plate.....YIKES!!!!!
Well I now have a 2 layer chocolate cake. I finished it off with some whipped ganache.
note to self .......cake board! cake board! cake board!.

ReplyDeleteAlmost was a tragic disaster. Forgot to mention the little bit of coconut I could of killed poor Mark.
