Spumoni cake

Trying out new flavors.

Pink layer is cherry, yellow is basic yellow cake, green is a pistachio flavor.
This cake is very moist and delicious. Even 2 days after it was made it was still as moist and delicious as the first day.

Today I whipped up a batch of chocolate cuppie cakes and mini cuppie bites.
Cuppies were made with choc, cake with a choc. glaze then covered with a strawberry fondant. Accented with me and my daughters lil gumpaste flowers.
Still learning and have figured out how to improve them.

April Wedding Cake....

My mom and I were asked to make a one tier Wedding cake for one of our Friends sons wedding….we added some special touches and of course we added a tier to make it a little more special!!! We did not want to deprive them of the traditional 1 yr anniversary freezer burnt cake top!!! This cake turned out great and we are so excited to fill this blog with Beautiful photos of Fantastic cakes!!!!

This cake is a traditional Chocolate cake; center filling is a Chocolate Ganache with a butter cream crumb coat topped with a strawberry flavored fondant.
